Caps are .012” thicker than the standard radiator cap making them stronger and the ears are less likely to break. All caps are dyno tested after the cap is assembled instead of during assembly like most radiator caps ensuring all are pressurized to a rating of 28 to 30 lbs. before the product is shipped.
